Dining facility with a well-known chef – 3 meals per day                  for a fixed monthly fee or pay per meal.

 

           The Care Centre is staffed 24 hours per day, and it is available for                    “outsiders” as well.  The Care Center has its own                          solar electrical power inverter system.

We are located in a quiet area.

 

Activities - Card Games (Canasta, Bridge etc.), Rummy Cub, Scrabble , Darts and Billiards/Pool.

  In addition to private TV's in the units, there is a large TV in the lounge.     A popular spot for viewing sporting events etc.

Bingo, Exercise Group, Covered Braai Area.

 

Bus Service - We have our own mini bus for trips to the mall and trips to the beach, various restaurants and interesting sites twice a month.

 

Water - 2 large backup water tanks and we have our own borehole.

 

Security - Good security with high walls, topped with an electric fence.  Security guard on duty 6pm to 6am, Mon to Fri and 24 hours on Sat/Sun.

 

        Location - Centrally located in Scottburgh, on the KZN South Coast,                             within 1 and a half blocks of restaurants, shops,                                                             municipal offices, post office, etc.                                           The beach is 4 blocks away.  Just a 5-minute drive to Scottburgh Mall.
